PROCESS

Step 3: select the order Step 3: select the order

Find the specific order containing the item(s) you wish to return, then click on it to view order details.

Step 4: request a return Step 4: request a return

Step 5: select items and reason Step 5: select items and reason

You will now be prompted to select the item(s) you want to return and choose the reason for your return. You can also enter a note if necessary.

Step 6: submit return request Step 6: submit return request

After selecting the item(s) and reason, click on the "Request Return" button to submit your return request.

Step 7: await review Step 7: await review

Your return request has been sent to us and will be reviewed. Expect an email with the status of your return within 1-2 working days.

Step 8: approval and return label Step 8: approval and return label

If your return is approved, you will be able to print a return label from your account. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Refer to our list of return label costs above.

Step 9: send back the item(s) Step 9: send back the item(s)

Pack and send back the item(s) using the provided return label. Once our
warehouse receives your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-15
working days for this process to be completed.
