Refund policy

Pretty sure you love our cmfe. items as much as we love them but for an understandable reason there might be a chance you cannot give it a place in your closet and you want to return it. Here’s what you need to do.

Important to know

You can only return your order within 14 days after it has been delivered to you. The returned item needs to be in perfect condition (unwashed, unworn, no stains) and has all original cmfe. tags. We cannot accept a return if these conditions are not met

You are responsible for the shipping fee of your return. You will either pay for the return label in our return portal or the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Fedex also provides free parcel pickup. Contact your local Fedex office to arrange a pickup date.

The complete return process normally takes about 5-15 working days, starting from the day we’ve received your return. We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

Due to limited stock we cannot make an exchange. You will have to return the item and order the right size/model as soon as possible otherwise you might miss it.

You can only return less than 5 items from different orders with one return label. Please make sure to always email our customer care and inform them what the different orders are. When you have not informed our customer care, your return might take more days to process.

You can return almost all cmfe. items if the conditions are met. Except for our socks. They are non-refundable and non exchangeable.

We will only refuse a return if the conditions that are mentioned above are not met. This means, when the return item is been used, washed and/or has stains. We not be able to refund your return and we will send you the item back.

We do not refund any customs or taxes. As state in our shipping policy, those costs shall be borne by the customer. We also do not refund any returns if there is refusal on delivery due to nonpayment of duties and Taxes.
